Your Kick account data (identifier, channel name, avatar), encrypted access tokens, channel events (chat messages, follows, subscriptions) and aggregate audience metrics.
At Lynx Stream we protect your data and your community's. This policy explains what we collect, why and how we protect it.
Your Kick account data (identifier, channel name, avatar), encrypted access tokens, channel events (chat messages, follows, subscriptions) and aggregate audience metrics.
We use data exclusively to compute the Trust Score, generate alerts and show you analytics. We do not sell data to third parties.
We process chat messages to detect patterns. We do not build advertising profiles of your viewers. Data is stored pseudonymized with defined retention policies.
We encrypt tokens with AES-256-GCM, verify RSA signatures on webhooks, and apply access control and audit logs. We never store your Kick password.
Some analyses use language models. We send minimized message batches without personal identifiers, with providers that allow disabling data retention.
We keep raw data for limited periods and aggregates for longer. You can request deletion of your data by writing to our contact email.
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and revoke the app's access from Kick. We handle requests under Colombian data protection law.
